Justin Bieber's people have said that despite their superstar client agreeing to take a paternity test to prove whether he is the father of Mariah Yeater's baby, her people have failed to contact them and that she is 'avoiding' comparing the DNA samples.

Not so, her camp says. Lawyers for Miss Yeater say that they have repeatedly contacted Bieber's lawyers and that she can't wait to match Bieber's DNA with her baby Tristyn's.

Speaking to TMZ, Yeater's attorney Jefferey Leving says he was in touch with Bieber's lawyer Howard Weitzman twice last week

He also expressed concern that he was not present when Bieber provided his DNA sample.

Leving argues that they are not convinced that the proper controls were used during the test in New Jersey last week.

Last night Bieber once again protested his innocence, telling Letterman: 'I mean I could smell a weasel. People make up false accusations.'

The 20-year-old woman, claiming that the “Never Say Never” singer is the father of her child, hired a new Chicago-based legal team led by Jeffrey Leving to represent her after she was dropped by her original attorney.

Leving, told MTV News that while the suit has been dropped, negotiation for a settlement will continue.

In addition, Leving is saying that he has a problem with Bieber’s DNA test because a member from Leving’s legal team was not present when it was administered.

Justin Bieber shot to fame from being a youtube sensation. This teenager is not like the other earning minimum wages. He is said to have earned $53M in 2010. This makes him the youngest on the Under 30 list.

The 2010 release of “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never” didn’t hurt. The film grossed more than $97M worldwide on an estimated $13M production budget. Bieber’s share of the film’s estimated $84M profit will certainly bolster the star’s 2010 and 2011 earnings.

News of Bieber’s earnings came when Forbes (who seems to know what everybody makes) published its list of Best-Paid Celebrities Under 30. At 17, Bieber is easily the youngest on the list. The eldest is Beyonce coming in at $35M at the age of 29.

Money money money—these folks have a lot of it.

Forbes' annual list of the Best-Paid Celebrities Under 30 is out once again, and joining it this year are a number of new faces—including Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood—while Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart maintain their staying power.

All told, 20 young celebs raked in a total of $690 million between May 2010 and May 2011. But topping them all is the diva herself, Lady Gaga. So how did she and her fellow fame monsters do?

Coming off the massive success of her recent Monster's Ball tour, an HBO special and an appearance on the finale of American Idol, the 25-year-old hitmaker took the top spot by grossing $90 million this year. That figure is based on the $170 million her Monster's Ball trek earned from 137 shows in 22 countries and the 15 million albums she sold worldwide during this past year—not counting sales of Born This Way, which dropped last month.
Bieber meanwhile landed in second place with $53 million in earnings at the tender age of 17, the youngest to grace the chart this year. Much of that money hailed from his world tour and 3-D film, Never Say Never, tallying $100 million globally.
Meanwhile, Miami Heat star LeBron James can take heart. He may have choked in the NBA Finals on Sunday, but his $48 million nabbed him third place on Forbes power list, which also includes a smattering of sports stars.
In the fifth spot is 21-year-old Swift who raked in $45 million based on touring and various endorsements, while sixth place went to Katy Perry with $44 million.

Other musicians singled out by Forbes include Rihanna, in 10th place based on the $29 million the "Umbrella" singer generated from her tour and album sales, including her most recent, Loud. Miley Cyrus also made the cut with $15 million, while Underwood's country career has propelled her to $15 million in income for 19th place.
Last but not least, Twilight's lovebirds R.Pattz and K.Stew tied for 15th place with $20 million each, much of that of course coming from the popular franchise but also other non-Twilight flicks as well (like Stewart's The Runaways and Pattinson's Water for Elephants). And both are expected to stay strong with the release of the final Twilight two-parter, Breaking Dawn.

Why would a rich singer like Selena Gomez suffer malnutrition? Is this an admission of a disorder?

As much as I would love to assign some manner of disease to Selena Gomez (if one more person attributes her hospitalization to Bieber Fever I shall light my hair on fire) I can't. At least, not this week.

Instead, let me tell you a bit of a horror story, involving what a typical concert backstage looks like for a star:

Geffen is both a veteran publicist and manager for musicians such as David Cassidy and the

Commodores. She knows how tours go for even the most privileged artists. And, she says, you'd be surprised at how tough it can be for a musician to get a decent bite on the road.
Yes, by now we've all heard of those obnoxious riders that artists use to get their favorite foods delivered on tour. (Beyoncé, for example, reportedly has insisted upon "juicy baked chicken.")
But that doesn't mean that stars actually get to eat said foods, Geffen tells me.
Caterers generally lay out a large array of foods for the talent and backup band before a show. Often those spreads are quite healthy. However, "it's the band usually eats it. I don't know an artist who is going to eat a meal before going on stage. They may grab a light teeny something but that's it."
The star doesn't often get a chance at the buffet table after the show, either.
"There are meet-and-greets backstage, or sometimes they will immediately go into meetings with the band and management to go through improvements and fixes," Geffen explains. "There are a lot of demands on these artists. It's not wine and roses back there."
"If there's excessive fan enthusiasm, so to speak, the talent may have to get out of there quickly" before they can even think about the catering table," Geffen says.
What about later in the night? Well, that usually entails ordering in room service—i.e., ordering whatever the talent wants, not necessarily whatever she needs. In Gomez's case, the pop tart admits a weakness for junk.
"The problem is, I don't eat right," Gomez told KHMX radio. "Everything that is possibly not good for me...I love M&Ms, Kit-Kats, Snickers, Goobers at the movies."
This is all under the assumption that the talent eats at all.
"If she's too tired she might not even eat," Geffen explains. "Or she's too wired to eat from running and dancing. You get wired, you go back to your room and just kind of chill, go to sleep, get up and start all over the next day.
"Often you're traveling during the day and picking up McDonald's or something on the road," Geffen says. "It's just crap. That is why a lot of these artists pass out and get exhausted."

"He's pretty small but can pump a lot. "He benched 120 pounds for his chest and did about 400 crunches and sit-ups to build his core. He's in really good shape."

Comedian and The Hangover star Zach Galifianakis was the person with most wins thanks to his hugely popular web series Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis. Website Funny or Die, founded by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay, walked away with eight wins.

The Webby Awards present two honours -- The Webby Award, chosen by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, and the People's Voice Award, chosen by the public.

Bieber received the People's Voice Award for the comedy video "Justin Bieber Takes Over Funny or Die."

Among the multiple winners were former Friends star Lisa Kudrow and her series Web Therapy, the iPhone app Angry Birds and the New York Times website.

Talk show host Conan O'Brien, rapper Snoop Dogg, Jim Carrey, Twitter, Skype and Hulu were among other winners in a contest that encompassed everything from websites to interactive advertising and media, online film, video and mobile and apps.

Winners of the 15th Annual Webby Awards will pick up their honours at a ceremony in New York on June 3.

After being hospitalized Thursday for nausea and a severe headache, Selena Gomez seems to be feeling better and back to business, including a rescheduled Santa Monica, California, mall show to promote her upcoming movie, "Monte Carlo."
